There is a good staff/resident ratio, and the care assistants as well as providing for resident's physical needs have also been selected for their cheerful and caring personalities.
The home is committed to a program of continuous training producing a highly qualified and motivated team of staff. Currently the home benefits from staff with qualifications as follows:

We pride ourselves in benefiting from a low turnover of staff. The average length of employment for our staff is 7yrs and the longest serving member has been at the home for 20yrs.
The care is delivered by teams of carers each one lead by a senior carer, reporting directly to the Duty Manager.
