Contractors ATH of Cardiff started on site on 25th July with a ground clearance operation which initially lead onto the laying of foundations and the replacement of the north boundary wall. This work was completed on schedule during period week commencing 05th Sept.
Phase 1 of our alterations and refurbishments will be progressed over a 30 week period and involve the north end of the building. During phase 2, the south end of the building will receive attention over a further 18 weeks once the north end is fully operational.
As at 31st October the project remains on target with a completion date of 1st March 2012. An artists impression of the refurbished and extended building at the end of the first phase of our alterations is to be found below.

Our expansion plans will be centred around the development of a wider portfolio of services which will be progressively rolled out by St Clair Care and accordingly a number of career opportunities will be created. We are keen to hear from fully experienced persons currently holding any of the following qualifications or having the required proven experience:
- NVQ 3 Health & Social Care
- Asst Nurse Practitioner
- Rehab or Physio at Degree Level
- Domiciliary Care at Mangt Level Experience
- Activities Co-ordination Experience
